Qualified types of abuse of power

The article is devoted to the consideration of qualified types of abuse of authority. The purpose of the article is to analyze law enforcement practice and identify problematic issues related to the qualification of such an official crime as abuse of power. In the framework of the presented article analyzes the legal practice and made proposals to improve existing legislation.
