Qualifying signs of entrepreneurial activity

Purpose: To determine the qualifying signs of entrepreneurial activity. Methodology: We used a special scientific cognition methods: formal legal, comparative legal, historical, system analysis and others. Results: Based on the analyses of the civil legislation, legal acts in entrepreneurship, the scientific doctrine, law-enforcement acts in article through research of normative signs the qualifying signs of business activity are defined. Novelty/originality/value: The article contains a consistent statement of arguments in support of the conclusion about the four qualifying features of entrepreneurship: independence, riskiness, focus on profit, independent property responsibility.
