In the article from the standpoint of the analysis of the current criminal law, on the basis of domestic scientific publications, the specifics of qualifying signs of intentional destruction or damage to another's property are revealed. It is concluded that the qualified elements of the crime in question make it possible to conclude that it is multidimensional. Also in this article, the problem of the disproportion of the same sanction for all types of qualified compositions of intentional destruction or damage to another's property is considered, since some of the additional objects of the crime in question are more valuable in comparison than others.
