Qualification of the behavior of the person affected from a crime

The article substantiates the need for criminal and legal assessment of the behavior of a person affected by a crime. The types of immoral and illegal behavior of the victim, which are important for the qualification of the crime committed against him, are considered. All conclusions of the author are supported by positions of courts of the Russian Federation, and also the analysis of researches in this area of scientific knowledge.
