Qualification of crimes in the sphere of economy

This article analyzes modern problems of qualification in the investigation of criminal acts in the economic sphere. The organization of the fight against crime in the economic sphere today is not effective enough, which is explained by the imperfection of the current legislation and the existing system for detecting and investigating criminal acts of this category, as well as the difficulties of distinguishing them from similar lawful acts.
