Qualification of transactions completed with the violation of the state registration requirement

In this article, the author is trying to qualify transactions that have not passed the procedure of mandatory state registration. From the analysis of the legislation it follows that the said transactions, on the one hand, are recognized as not concluded, and on the other hand, invalid. The study found that neither the judicial practice nor the doctrine of civil law does not lead to clear criteria for attributing a transaction to a particular category. The article concluded that it is necessary to reform civil legislation.
