Qualimetric quality assessment of additive manufacturing digital twins

Бесплатный доступ

The emergence of “digital twins” was a continuation of the development of the ideas of “digital production” and the concept of the Industrial Internet of Things. Currently, many industrial sectors actively monitor equipment performance data. In recent years, digital transformation has made it possible to not only fully analyze this data using advanced analytics, but also make informed decisions to optimize operations across industries. Such new technologies also allow manufacturers to incorporate digital replicas into their products and processes. New designs can be tested in environmental conditions, saving time, money and resources. A digital twin can significantly speed up physical problem solving, location discovery, and enable the creation of superior products and better customer service. With this intelligent approach, companies can achieve value and benefits much faster than ever before. The development of methods for qualimetry of models should be carried out in parallel in two areas of research, mutually complementing and enriching each other. The first direction of work should focus on the general aspects of qualimetry models and be based on a generalization of the results obtained within the framework of the main models of applied theories of quality assessment and management, which are developed in each subject area (the second direction of research).
