Qualimetric evaluation of the quality of sports services

The aim of the work was to develop a methodology for qualimetric assessment of determining the quality of sports and recreational services and its approbation. The work identifies the main indicators of the quality of sports and recreational services. It is established that sports and fitness services are a complex of services which include: medical services, food services, accommodation services. Were selected methods for determining quality indicators. The expert method assessed the basic and actual values of indicators of the quality of sports and recreational services. On the basis of the differential method, an assessment was made of the actual indicators of sports and recreational services, in comparison with their basic indicators. The relationship scale was used. It was found that the organization needs to improve services for living, special smoking areas, equipment for workplaces and fences near electric boards, etc.
