Tribophysical models on the basis of realization of the carbon-nitrogen and proton-proton cycles of cold nuclear fusion resulting in a formation of helium from hydrogen in the friction zone (internal and external) are considered. The opportunities of obtaining competitive technologies based on scientific investigations (Diploma № 258, Diploma № 277, Diploma № 289, Diploma № 302, Diploma № 392, Diploma № 404) and quantum friction theory are discussed.

Cold nuclear fusion, helium wear, friction control, carbon and nitrogen cycle, proton-and-proton cycle, helium superfluidity, quantum friction theory, nanotribology, enthropy, dynamic rigidity, relative wearability of metals
