The history of Kyrgyz-American relations

This article examines the history of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kyrgyz Republic and the United States of America, studied and analyzed the research of famous scientists on the evolution of Kyrgyz-American relations. It is pointed out that the spheres of cooperation between the two states remain at the level of declarative-program and ideological ones. The withdrawal of the US military base from Kyrgyzstan and the US pressure on the violation of human rights during interethnic conflicts in 2010 led to serious contradictions between the two countries. It is noted that in the foreign policy programs of the US the attitude to Kyrgyzstan remains uncertain.
