Kyrgyzstan at the crossroads of interests of Russia and USA

This paper deals with analysis of the reshaping process in the Kyrgyz Republic. The study focuses on examination of the positions in Central Asia kept by the major players from abroad, Russia and the United States. The paper considers thereat points of contact of Kyrgyzstan with either party, Russia and the United States, and their variance on some matters as well that make the outsider players diverge with regard to Kyrgyzstan. The study explores significance of “Kyrgyz revolutions” and the phenomenon of parliamentarianism adapted to Kyrgyzstan.
