L. N. Zherebtsov – participant of ethnographic expeditions of the 1950s–1970s (to mark the centenary of his birth)

The paper shows the participation of the prominent Komi ethnographer Lyubomir Nikolaevich Zherebtsov (1925–1991) in ethnographic expeditions in the 1950s–1970s. A fragment of the scientific report on the work of the 1964 ethnographic expedition in the Middle and Upper Sysola, which focuses on some aspects of demographic processes, settlements, dwellings, and the literacy rate of the population, is published.
