In the present article the results of probings of a status of terrain which is subject to stationaryvalues tointensive recreational loads are presented. The analysis of a status of an edaphic pall, vegetativeandanimal pattern, and also correspondence of usage of terrain of a mountain-skiing complex to main principlesof ecological tourism is resulted.
