In this article is presented analysis of immidate results 51 laparoscopic and 13 robotic-assistant operations in patients with rectal cancer, performed in NMSC N.I.Pirogov in period from January 2011 till may 2015 years. There were performed 44 anterior resections, include 23 low resection, 3 ultra-low and 16 extirpations of rectum. Common part of postoperative complications was 18,75%, 15,56 % were anastomotic leaks. In case of low and ultra-low anterior rectal resections with technical impossibility of rectal dissection below tumor with help of articular endoscopic surgical stapling instrument were performed with assistance incision-stapling instrument "Conture”. Robotic-assistant operations in rectal cancer surgery have an advantage, because of three-dimensional vision and better space orientation, higher degree of movement freedom in narrow space, more easily performance of lymphadenectomy.
