Diagnostic possibilities perspective, little-studied and almost not extended in Russia and the countries of the Near abroad of a new method endoscopic diagnostics - laser confocal endomicroscopy in comparison with kinds existing now khromoendoscopy are presented. The characteristic is given two various types of confocal endomicroscopies. Basic differences and clinical-diagnostic possibilities of both methods of confocal laser endomicroscopy are shown.
