Laser-arc handling of ferricarbonic alloys with emission coatings and carbon carbon composite materials

The conditions of stabilization of an electric arc basic spot on a surface metallical and carbon-carbonic materials in a wide interval of intensities of a laser radiation are studied. Usage of a laser-arc radiant with low laser radiation intensity and reverse polarity arc for effective heat treatment of a surface of metals with emission coatings and carbon-carbon composite materials is physically justified.
