The article presents the results of research and practical development of an apparatus using an electromagnetic field of the optical range with a chiral component of the right / left-rotating laser radiation of the infrared and red ranges as a working agent. The developed laser stimulator is intended for experimental research on laboratory bioobjects and agricultural purposes proper. A distinctive feature of a laser stimulator using chiral, that is, rotating fields from traditional ones based on constant and running fields is the technical implementation of the chiral resonance effect of right- and left-rotating fields on structural-molecular conglomerates of biological systems. The developed device was experimentally tested in laboratory conditions and has shown its effectiveness.
