Therapeutic analgesia and prevention of complications after surgical interventions on the lung in children

At present, it has been proven that the only radical method of treating chronic heart disease is surgical. The main indication for surgical treatment is irreversible organic lesions of lung areas in combination with purulent endobronchitis, which is not amenable to conservative treatment. The latter statement is controversial, since the course of endobronchitis largely depends on the effectiveness of the rehabilitation measures applied.
