The most complex and important problems of the prosecutor's office's activities in combating corruption crimes are highlighted, and typical violations of anti-corruption legislation are identified. The article emphasizes the need for an integrated approach to combating corruption, since the actions of the prosecutor's office in combating corruption should not be in the nature of eliminating consequences.
