Legal problems of combating corruption in Russia

Corruption is one of the problems that has existed since the beginning of the emergence of the first state structures. Due to the fact that corruption accompanies any state from the very beginning of its formation, it can be concluded that corruption is a fairly stable social phenomenon accompanying state-power relations. Corruption is a rather complex, systemic phenomenon that includes several ways of violating the rule of law and encroaches not only on state interests, but also on the normal state of the social order.
