For complex preparation for minimally invasive treatment of intervertebral hernia, a number of drugs are used to relieve pain and local inflammation. Non-surgical treatment involves primarily a set of conservative measures, including rest, consisting in several days of bed rest. A prolonged sitting position is also not recommended. Also, for the removal of pain can be used analgesics and drugs that counteract inflammatory processes, such as ibuprofen. Drugs that relaxing skeletal muscles, for example, mydocalm, reducing pain. Complex treatment can be addition to the administration group, but their ac- tion is too slow and it is difficult to determine how effective they are.Epidural injections can also be included in the treatment complex.
