Treatment of hypertension in pregnant women

The article is devoted to the problem of treatment of hypertension in pregnant women is one of the most common extragenital pathologies. Various groups of antihypertensive drugs, were studied for their effectiveness, side effects. The analysis of use antihypertensive drugs in the Republic of Belarus and the world clinical practice. Object of study: medicinal preparations, which are used for the treatment of hypertension in pregnant women in the Republic of Belarus and in the world clinical practice. Purpose - the study of drugs used in the world clinical practice for treatment of hypertension in pregnant women and comparison with medicines used in the Republic of Belarus. Materials and methods: The analysis was performed with 2000 histories for 2013 in the 1st and 6th city clinical hospital of Minsk, of which 30 selected case histories of pregnant women with a diagnosis of hypertension article II, risk 2.This diagnosis occurs most frequently. The patients ‘ mean age was 34 years, all patients were in the second trimester of pregnancy. An analysis was conducted of the medicinal drugs prescribed for the treatment of hypertension and edema PNDs crises. Conclusions: in the Republic of Belarus has a narrower range of drugs than with the drugs world clinical practice; it is necessary to pay attention to the recommended combination of drugs used to treat hypertension; in the world uses drugs with minimal side effects, which can replenish the Arsenal of drugs used in the Republic of Belarus, for example, labetolol.
