Uterine leiomyosarcoma is a rare clinical case

The data on the gynecological incidence of malignant neoplasms in Tyumen for 2021-2023 are presented, and a clinical case of an operational finding of low-grade leiomyosarcoma in the area of the broad ligament of the uterus in a 41-year-old woman is also considered. In conclusion, the author concludes that leiomyosarcoma is a formidable disease characterized by an aggressive course and can lead to life-threatening consequences. This fact confirms the need to improve the methods of early diagnosis of uterine malignancies.
