Humic substances are widespread in the nature. They possess low toxicity and a wide range of biological activity. So, preparations of humic acids of the low-mineralized silt sulphidic mud possess anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-toxic, anti-hypoxemic, adaptogenic, immunomodulating activity and treat to the IV class of toxicity. In the previous experiments we revealed diuretic activity of preparations of humic acids. In turn magnesium possesses high biological activity, influences on power, plastic, electrolytic exchange. Proceeding from it, it is possible to assume that the magnesian complex of humic acids (magnesium humate) should possess big nephritic excretory effect. The particular interest causes the combined action of magnesium humate and artificial gravitation on excretory function of nephros at white laboratory rats as in references such data are absent.
