Lexical features of the military discourse of 19th century (regional aspect)

The author addresses the issue of lexical features of military terminology. Considering the main features of the war discourse lexicon, the author raises the question of its regionalization at a certain stage of the development of Russian language. The article is based on the analysis of lexical material obtained from the lexicographical and encyclopedic sources of the late 19th-early 20th centuries. The problem of regionalization is viewed through the study of the information about the Far Eastern divisions of Cossack Troops of the Russian Empire (Ussuri and Amur Cossack armies).
