The article deals with a complex linguistic analysis of a lexical-semantic group 'verbs of memory' in the German language and representations of memory operations in it. In the article the composition and the structure of the group is determined, the semantic structure and paradigmatic relations between the verbs are described, the explication of the memory representation procedures and ascertain functional equivalents of the verbs analyzed are defined.
