Lexico-grammatical means of the expression of the author's position in the French daily newspapers Le Monde and Le Figaro

Dedicated to the analysis of the lexical and grammatical means used by the authors in the online versions of the articles of the popular French daily newspapers Le Monde and Le Figaro to express attitudes towards the reported information. It is proved that the author of the newspaper message, including in its text various lexical and grammatical means, such as epithet, antithesis, “journalistic” conditional mood, deliberately violating grammatical norms and using conditional-personal pronouns, expresses its position, solving problems of a pragmatic nature.
