Factors of modernization of the policy of states in relation to youth

This article examines the main aspects of public administration in the field of youth policy, the factors and mechanisms of modernization, the content and direction of the work of socio-political organizations through which the state youth policy is implemented, the challenges and difficulties faced by government officials, youth public organizations and the scientific community in the process of implementing state youth policy. The key factors contributing to the effective implementation of the state youth policy and ensuring the productive activities of socio-political organizations are identified.
