In article the main directions of improvement the sawing frames are noted and variant of a modern sawing frame with lever suspension bracket of a saw frame in Watt's four-unit mechanisms is considered. For swing of a saw frame it is offered to use additional crank-rod or clown mechanism which has the frequency of rotation twice bigger, than the crank-rod mechanism of saw frame drive. The kinematics of sawing process on such sawing frame is considered, and formulas for feeding definition on saw tooth are offered, and also formulas for determination the clown radius at which synchronization of the main movement and feeding movement is provided. Calculations showed that for synchronization of these movements in relation to parameters of one-storeyed sawing frame, the radius of the clown has to be equal to 3,25 mm. Such variant of a sawing frame allows to increase productivity, to reduce power consumption of process and to increase reliability and durability.
