Preferential lending for tourist infrastructure facilities

The article covers key issues of state financial stimulation of tourism infrastructure with an emphasis on preferential lending instruments. The author raises the current problem of duplication of tasks in strategic planning documents and pays attention to the goals of implementing the concessional lending program. To reflect the current situation in the implementation of financial support for federal projects that provide preferential lending in the tourism sector, the author notes the deviation of funding from planned budget assignments and groups violations associated with the untimely provision of loans to beneficiaries. Untimely deadlines for reviewing documents on the provided subsidy, inconsistency of the procedure for calculating subsidies with the rules for their provision, lack of additional agreements, etc. were considered as violations in the work.
