Licensing of exploration works on studying of the subsoil of the earth

Lately questions of the effective government economy are in Russia in the foreground. Licensing is one of the basic tools for state regulation of the economy, possessing validity. However, for effective progress of modern economy the establishment of limits of action of licensing is necessary. In this article we will consider a separate type of licensing in the field of exploration works.
