Personal upbreaking of a child by parents in the light of improvement of family legislation

The article examines the innovations related to the right of parents to raise their children, proposed for inclusion in the Family Code of the Russian Federation. Personal upbringing of children by parents, their cohabitation is the key to strengthening the family, which should be reflected in family legislation. The conclusion is made about the inadmissibility of unreasonably wide margin of appreciation in the legal regulation of issues related to the transfer of children from parents to other persons or organizations.
