The victim's identity as an element of criminological characteristics of fraud in the turnover of residential property

In this article, the author offers a classification of the identity of defrauded in the turnover of residential property, taking into account psychological, social and demographic features, and then reveals the contents of the developed classification. In addition, the author examines the conditions for carrying out of investigatory actions with victims in non-conflict and conflict situations, as well as explains those general and specific investigation objectives that the information on the victim’s identity helps to solve.
