Personality of the criminal who commits non-violent sexual assault against minors

The article analyzes the social and demographic and psychological characteristics of persons who commits crimes under the Art. 134, 135 of the Criminal Code. The types criminals who commits non-violent sexual assault are considered, the author's typology of such category of persons is proposed. The practice in Russian courts for criminal cases is scrutinized.
