Personality in the context of cultural social environment (on the example of cultural institutions)

The article is devoted to the consideration of the social and cultural micro-environment of the cultural institution as a set of factors and conditions determining the social existence of the individual within the framework of the cultural institution, through which new cultural needs, interests and motives of the individual’s activity in the sphere of free time are satisfied, formed and arise.
