The article studies the personality resources of the teenagers’ constructive reaction to the extremely high requirements of the society, which are peculiar to the current stage of its development. The authors adduce the empirical data showing that as a resource of such a type can act individual characteristics allowing a person to make independent decisions and find ways to accomplish relevant goals.
