The development strategy of enterprises is considered by modern researchers as a direction of activity for the long term, achieving a competitive advantage, an integrated process to achieve "strategic compliance", the best practical solution, an enterprise management tool, determining the main long-term goals and objectives of an enterprise with the approval of a course of action, allocation of resources necessary to achieve these goals. In the formation and implementation of the development strategy of enterprises, various profes- sional and qualification and status groups of employees with different interests, social expectations, professional competencies, moral positions, abilities and social actions are involved, which are considered as generalized characteristics of participants in production and economic activity. At the same time, many characteristics of social reality are lost, which ceases to be a "residual" category ofproduction relations and is of a decisive nature in the development of scientific, technical, production, economic and production systems. Personality in this regard must be considered as a descriptive coordinate system: predisposition, oriented expectations, well-being, goal setting, etc., which not only describes, but also structurally formalizes the social mechanism for the formation of an enterprise development strategy. The personal factor contributes to the establishment of the degree of readiness of the team for possible transformations in their professional activities, to fix and track in a significant period of time the motivational predisposition, individual characteristics of the character and the conditions for its change in specific production situations. Without taking into account the personal factor, the enterprise development strategy is of a "documentary" nature without concretizing its social actions aimed at solving socially significant goals and objectives.
