Рersonal libraries of rural residents (to the question)

Thanks to the personal library, a book culture is formed; the fund of personal meetings serves as the starting point for the formation of the Reader, the basis for the formation of his Personality. The personal library acquires special importance in the conditions of rural areas. However, in the literature this question is not entirely understood. Separate data of the studied problems are presented on the material of the Central regions of the Russian Federation.
