Personal non-property relations in modern public order: the civil law issues

The article reveals the evolution of a subject of civil-law regulation on the basis of the historic analysis. The following statement is proved: the association of property and personal non-property relations in a subject of the civil law is connected with wider interpretation of property relations as forms of appropriation of profits.
