Estimation of atmospheric pollutions by the help of FTIR spectroscopic analysis of Hypogymnia physodes (L.) Nyl. thallus transplanted in the range of Kalinin nuclear power station is performed. The main gaseous ecotoxicants in surroundings of nuclear power plant are determined and character of their distribution is studied. Factors, which affect on the rate of pollutant's absorption by H. physodes thalli, are defined.
