Lineament tectonics of the East Amur province and Sikhote-Alin area

The faults and zones of the near lying faults (lineaments) of the north-east, longitude and latitude directions are widely represented in the Far East. On the new data basis the scheme of the area tectonic zoning is specified. The four geological areas of different geological age have been determined; they are the Amur-Okhotsk, the Badzal-Gorin, the North Sikhote-Alin and the Upper Amur. These areas are divided by fault borders into inter-block faults. All of them are characterized by different geological and metallogenic features. The most faults being vertical, it predetermines the up and down displacement of geological blocks, and the whole territory is characterized by vertical-stepped or «key» structure.
