Linear density of surface current in the energy saving drives with separate excitation synchronous reactive machine

The optimization of linear density of surface current with use of the device of calculus of variations for the electric drive with the synchronous separate excitation reluctance machine is carried out. Results of optimization of a power part of the electric drive for a number of special cases are represented.
