Linguoculturological aspect in preparation of procedural documents at preliminary investigation by investigator

Introduction: the article analyzes applying linguistic and communicative skills of an investigator in the preparation of procedural documents of evidentiary value. Materials and Methods: the methodological basis of the study was general academic methods of cognition (induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, classification and grouping), as well as special methods of cognition (logical, statistical, legal). Criminal cases in Orel region (2017 - 2019) were the study material. Results: based on the generalization of the investigative practice, erroneous options for arranging grammatical and spelling priorities were established when investigator draws up procedural documents at the preliminary investigation stage, which require additional legal regulation. Discussion and Conclusions: the authors conclude that improving the investigative practice aimed at eliminating the gaps and shortcomings in the preparation of procedural documents by the investigator at preliminary investigation should take a special place in the investigative activity, which indicates the need to improve the linguistic training of investigators on the level of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
