The article deals with the questions based on the exposure of the linguo-semiotic peculiar features of the prosodic level of speech in the frame of bilingualism. The phonetic-experimental results of the investigation are expounded in the article; the systematic character of the prosodic sign phenomena testifies to the Russian accent in the bilinguals' English speech.
