Linguistic and stylistic features of E. Guro's prose

The article presents linguistic and stylistic analysis of E. Guro’s prose (the book «Heavenly Colts»). The author pays special attention to the phenomenon of “prose rhythm” studying features of its manifestation at various levels of the text organization: phonetic, lexical, compositional levels, as well as in visual implementation of the text and in penetration of verse elements into the structure of prose. The author proves that linguistic and stylistic features of prose form specific rhythmic structure of E. Guro’s works emphasizing the author’s individual style.
