“Lishenetsy” of the western suburds of Moscow in the late 20s - the first half of the 30s of the 20th century

The article is devoted to soviet citizens, disenfranchised in the period of the late 20s - the first half of the 30s of the 20th century. The geographically considered topic covers considered topic covers western suburd of Moscow. The composition of this area included Fili-Pokrovskoye village, villages Fili, Mazilovo, Davydkovo, settlements Kutuzovskaya sloboda and Kuntsevo (in 1925 it was transformed into a city). The studied area was distinguished and agriculture. The source base of the work, stored in the archives of Moscow and the Moscow region - TSMAM and TSGAMO. The sources are represented by personal lists of the deprived and their family members, minutes of meetings of election commissions, complains, personal files, certificates, etc. The documents are being introduced into scientific circulation for the first time. In the literature there are practically no works on the studied territory, although this problem got enough reflection reflected in Russian historiography. The article finds out the number of deprived and their weather dynamics in the villages. Special attention is paid to the reasons for deprivation, their criteria and legal validity. The author also touches upon the issue of the approach of the authorities in the principles and mechanism of restoring the lishenets, of their rights. The article provides specific data on the fate of the deprived and their family members from among peasants and clergy. The stated facts point to the disenfranchised position of the deprived the destruction of community and family traditions, ties with society. Judging by the documents the lishenetsy, and their families became outcasts in society having no rights to work social benefits normal life and rest. Sources indicate that the Soviet state is trying through repressive from of coercion and violence to protect itself from ideologically alien and hostile segments of the population. There was practically a general rehearsal for the “great terror” of 1936-1938. The published material can be used in the study of the political history of the country as well as the history of the local region.
