The study of historical experience of establishment and development of literary and arts’ intelligentsia in Khakassia in the 1960-ies and 1970-ies has been carried out. Creative activity of writers of Khakass origin has been presented, as well as biographies of some writers whose creativity was the most actively manifested in that period.
