The literary-musical salon as a form of the organization of educational activity in Russia in the first half of the nineteenth century

The article deals with the actual problems of functioning of literary and musical salons organized by outstanding representatives of aristocratic society, nobility, advanced intelligence. The leaders of the salons by their selfless work done the me-nedzelskii functions. They were engaged in planning, selection of the content of the activities of the salon, inviting outstanding masters in the field of literature, music, other arts, promoting young, talented Mas-Ter, investing in the conduct of salons considerable material resources, taking care of the microclimate, creative contacts, allowing visitors to fat-new, acquire new knowledge, form ideas, beliefs, giving them the opportunity to get new impressions, true admiration.
