Rock lithotypes of the middle Devonian-Frasnian terrigenous complex in the south of Pechora-Kozhvinsky megaswell, Timan-Pechora province

Sixteen lithogenetic rock types (I—XVI) combined into four groups have been identified in the southern part of Pechora-Kozhvinsky megaswell using the method of large thin sections developed by All Russia Petroleum Research Exploration Institute (VNIGRI). Lithotypes V—XVI appear to be oil and gas reservoir rocks, lithotypes I—IV are impermeable beds.
