Leasing - effective tool of agro-industrial complex for example of the Republic of Mordovia

The article reveals the problems of development of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Mordovia. Recently there has been a lack of development of the agro-industrial complex in general, and of agriculture in particular, which is connected with the obsolete material and technical base of the complex, as well as inadequate investments in this branch of the economy. One of the most effective tools for the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Mordovia is leasing.
